This establishment exists since the Edo Period (1604-1868) to provide lodging to the visitors of the Dewa Sanzan since then. Its outstanding sense of hospitality had Hagurokan receive the Booking.com's Travel Review Award in 2021. Note: This establishment is a ryokan and not a shukubo.
